Acaios- They happen automatically. Pay attention to the names on the card of some of them, as they can have a limit that they'll only attack a certain race of cards.
Aninspiredname- I actually have. One optical mouse completely burnt out after a session of about 45,000 presses, and another destroyed left mouse button. :)
Zformation- As Arkandian Crusade shared similar sprites and characters from past games, Undefined usually uses the same types of character models throughout all of his games. And really, why not?
MeerkatOfLulz- The enemies have to be attacking you or the charm target will not target them. Try that, and see if it works. Frankly, the spell is best used as it's about the only way you can lure a single target out of a crowd without garnering much attention.
@Brainisdead- Uh, because 1) He never owned this place, and 2)the company kept full rights to run the site with the same staff with new funding?
Anyways. Terrific game. One of the few shining racing games out there. Great graphics, to boot.
