The "mouse sensitivity" isn't technically mouse sensitivity, it's the sensitivity of the cube - the slider doesn't change how your mouse moves regularly. The slider goes from very sensitive to not sensitive. Try turning it fully to the right.
Get killed is the fastest way to get better. everytime you down, think why you killed and watch how they killed you. then improve how you move next time.
