steps to getting bonus:
1. run around in the weirdest places and die finding it
2. once found, die a bunch trying to figure out a way to get there
3. run! (or skate)
this works for me most of the time, try it if you can't get the bonus.

A great idea, and also a great game. i think that some of the lair(last door) levels are incomplete, because i have 2 imcomplete levels(hanoi and mirror) and some of them are missing coins(stair stepper) Is the max stars 96?
