Ya i had that happen to me on the first USA mission the second time i tryed it it worked fine so if it happens to anyone else then just try it again i know a little annoying but good things will come later:)
@ carki Dude first of all AA guns WERE used as anti tank guns just look at the german 88mm flak cannon. Second it would be kind of hard to simulate airstikes that you cant even see. And 3rd theres already TONS of tanks in the game. And last the 400mm anti air gun is a 12 inch gun! that thing would only fire like once ever few minutes if it was man powered.
