I've enjoyed this game very much, and the presentation is super slick, but I do feel there is a major improvement that could be made. The way that damage scales seems a little anaemic -initially it take a few shots to kill early enemies, so a player's first port of call might be to upgrade weapon damage, but the current rate of growth on that damage doesn't feel like a powerful change or marker of progress - this ultimately results in using auto fire which isn't very marksman-like at all! Two possible alternatives could be offering alternate rates of fire that scale inversely to damage, or having late game enemies fire earlier and/or more often to mitigate being one-shotted by a higher damage tier. That aside, this was a very neat game that I hope to see more content for in the future.
