whats prosperty
A prosper village has higher quality products to offer. Every 5 prosperity levels you get a "prosperity unlock" to spend on one villager.
do 5 crops then go to the village

Well, you can buy upgrades with the money you earn after selling your harvest (you should start by fields and seeds). And don't forget to talk with the girls!
