Hmm, the initial core game download is only 13mb, while sub-sequential levels are streamed into the player (10-15mb per level). Minimal vram usage/requirement for this game is a 128mb graphics card or higher. If you are experiencing long load times or poor performance this might be result of either slow internet or lower than required graphics ability. Were very sorry things are not loading for you.
