I really like the concept. Maybe you could also use "wordpuzzels" ...
for example "The wizzard told you to go to the castle. 'Castle' was his last word before he died. But you feel that you are missing thomething to pass the guards."
So you have to get the word "pass" and move it to the word "word" to create "password" to go on.
