its almost imppossible to lose, whats the point the only of dieing is getting bored and suiciding. this game absolutely sucks i reckon it could be improved with a platform element, for example putting in power ups and different layers you have to jump onto in order to avoid the yawning chasm of the convienently placed ocean that the game is randomly suspended above.

i found the surgerys as a whole quite easy but can see why you are complaining about the time limit.
P.S. insaneidiot: dont bother staying drunk just keep up your will to live i completed the level without a heartbeat and completely sober but just kept hitting the spacebar.
