I'd rather not buy lvl 3 resistances in order to buy more lethal symptoms
Started on Greenland as a virus. Bought 1-1-1-0 resistance and Sneezing. By day 16 all countries were infected, except Argentina. Then I bought Coughing, Vomiting, 3-3-3-2 resists Day 17: World infected. (realistic mode)
