WTF is the last badge? There's no shop so...what?

The last boss is impossible. I have lvl 4 armor lvl 2 Havoc lvl 3 reactor an annihilator Deflection Grid Cluster and Explosive Flak Missile Pod and launcher Fuel Recovery System Jump Drive Turbo Fire lvl 1 Shields Turbo Thruster and the Systems upgrade. What am I doing wrong?

Good game! Awesome.....I like the story. A multiplayer would be cool.....
