Level 8 can be completed by selling all towers rather than fighting the air units. You should have enough cash to finish off the last two waves once they pass overhead.

In 2.16 medics will go to dead soldiers (there doesn't appear to be a floor for Hp in your algorithm).

Great Game! One glitch, the tank killer ribbon can be awarded for losing your own tanks.
