I enjoy this game, as it's pretty simple yet easily engaging. I do have some problems with it, one of which being the tokens point so many people brought up. I would much rather have an advertisement generating your revenue for it than have so many things want to use them, as well as not letting me just buy shop upgrades with gold without being in a guild. Secondly, I'd like to see a glossary or something explaining some of the little things in the game. Like which classes prefer which items, what exactly the Merchantile skill does, etc. I think you've made a great game here, and I only want to help make it better.
Music is probably the last thing I upgraded, because the first music upgrade is hilarious. It's like the pilot is doing it to make his fight seem more epic.
It took me a while to realize I could not only recycle towers but also move them. This opened up a lot of better alternatives to my screw ups than restarting, which helped me keep patience with the game. Bravo, 5/5.
I like this game a lot, but I think it could use a few additions for a sequel. These aren't complaints, just suggestions:
-Heroes gaining exp from guard kills
-A way to "bank" some hero powers like the group healing, so you don't have to use it up to make a move on the board
-A healing guard of some kind, sometimes you just can't make enough combos to keep a hero alive because the pieces won't line up
All I would change to this is the addition of a progress/distance measuring function so you know about how close you are to a gate. You've pretty much covered everything one of these games needs, and given it a lot of neat stuff that I've not seen before. Keep up the good work!
This series of games always reminds me why I can't work fast food, mistakes happen when I get rushed. Enjoy your Leaning Tower of Slightly Overcooked Burgers, Big Pauly.
The badge brought me back to this game, and I'm glad it did. I stopped playing it just long enough to forget how awesome it really is. I wish I could rate it 5 all over again.
A thousand thanks to you, Nauto! Your strategy and a lot of freaking luck won me my first Impossible badge. It was freaky too, I infected the entire world before anyone shut down anything. It was like one globe-trotting Cuban guy was just really interesting in traveling the world and spreading my disease.
It bears repeating, this is really a good game. If this really is your first, then I hope you keep up the good work. I'd love to see a sequel with perhaps a better magic system and possibly some experience from killing monsters. At first I kept killing them as it's my nature as a gamer, but soon I was having to really pick my battles and bypass a lot of stuff in each floor just to conserve HP from counter attacks. But that's just a minor complaint about an otherwise good time killer.
