You don't really "get" the Cowboy/Crown Hat. Whenever you wear a Propeller Hat in a certain level it appears on your head as long as you're not racing anyone else. Which makes it pretty hard to prove it's existence. And it's function is like an improvement on the Propeller Hat. Instead of temporarily floating you can gluide through whole levels. Which is great as long as its not a close and compact level.
I'm rank 16 but I can't play any levels anymore they all have the rank blocks on them but on my account it still says rank 16. This happen to anyone else?
