Tap O to get forward momentum. Then, hold P and Q together to throw the leg out, the O and W for the next leg. You gotta figure out the timing, but you can actually run using this.

Holy crap. I was going so fast that when I went underwater and accidentally hit the seafloor i was stuck there, it glitched the collision noise, and a red ring floated down to me... wow. That's messed up :P
