Incredibly relaxing game. Wonderful soundtrack. I actually fell asleep to it last night, so thank you for that! The difficulty definitely didn't start until the levels in the 40's. 48 and 49 specifically. A pleasant surprise. The colors are beautiful, the execution very well done. Overall a great experience. Definitely a 5/5! Thanks GilbertLeaf
Love the game! Only thing I think it's missing is the ability to toggle auto-fire. It seems unnecessary to hold the left trigger the whole time. Since there's no penalty for accuracy, there's no reason to not shoot the entire time.
@gaydecay: Not sure what comment you're referring to, but I just wanted to point out that people _do_ play Halo and Call of Duty on the computer. Knowledge is power!
@Zandspin: From reading other comments, it seems that you must beat all 3 endings in one sitting for the "Game completed" to be checked off. It seems backwards for that badge, but that's just the way it is at the moment. It only takes a minute or two to complete all 3 endings, so it should not be too big of a hassle.
Twice now that I've hit "Play Again" instead of "From Last Scene". Once that happens, you have to go through the entire game again. Curse my hasty fingers! Please make it harder to ruin your save ;-;
@SenorPwnage: It is explained in the "Instructions" below the game, but that should not be the only spot a developer puts instructions as not everyone is going to scroll down to read something that isn't actually a part of the gameplay itself. I also agree with 8008man2 that A and S would feel a lot better if A were jump/dash and S were focus; though ideally (like others have said) an option to change your key settings would make this a much more pleasant experience. Either way, the game is fun, but please listen to the players. We're giving input to be helpful.
If it's not a too much of a hassle to implement, you should add a button up top that copies the youtube URL to your clipboard so you can share the song with people in chat without having to do any work :P.
@GD_FierceDeity1 : Fill out a missing badge report, contrary to popular belief kong staff does read them. Just take a screenshot of you completing chapter 3, and they should award you your ticket.
Thank you Papa, for teaching me what it really means to work in the restaurant industry. I can take orders, serve food, and manage the entire place alone; all while preparing/cooking Italian, Mexican, American, or MILKSHAKES (so far)! Keep it real Papa! You've made the perfect chain of restaurants for us college students to work. "Papa Louie: Ridding the world of unemployment, one shop at a time."
I personally enjoy the game. I like the "merchant" and "missionary" concept, as well as the playable battles, both with NPCs and Players (arena and intercepting heroes). I really hope this game gets badges, as it is a much better game than Heroes of Gaia, made by the same developer, which got 2 hard badges, 1 medium, and 1 easy. Just my 2 cents.
@Neo2034: I do agree with you. Though I believe you would have a better chance of actually having your idea put into motion if you posted this idea in the suggestions thread of the MoW Forums.
@Asmodous: If you click on the bubble on the bottom right, it brings up a menu where you can click "restart". I hope this helps, because I was ecstatic after I found that button (with the help of racefan12).
Great game. It's disappointing that after it's been on the site for over a year, the developer hasn't altered it to include Kong API, otherwise I'm sure we'd have had badges on it by now. Hopefully he/she reads these comments and decides to make that happen.
The only reason I think that sending in waves early shouldn't get bonus points is because you already have an advantage by getting rage faster. Since rage goes down with time, you lose more if you decide not to send in waves early. My vote is no bonus points, it's fine how it is in that regard.
I assume this is a bug, but I can't shoot while walking northwest. If I face northwest and stop moving, I can shoot. I have no problems with any direction except for northwest while walking. Anyone know how to fix this?
@Chevi100 - #213 (Stand on top of the straw) is in the coffee stage. After standing on the hot coffee, you have to jump off the left side of the stage, fall onto the cold coffee stage, and jump on top of the straw (the straw being the topmost piece of land on top of the cold cup)
@Paparoach212kill If you can't open the walkthrough in another window or tab, it's either because of your computer (which would not be the games fault) or because your internet browser prevents pop-ups (which can be changed, or you can just hold ctrl). I wish you would give a more in-depth explanation as to why you're giving the game a 1/5. If it's because you have a bad computer, that is sad and an insult to the developer. Please respond with a more detailed comment please.
@abc123takeonme - Yes, you CAN use your saves from Chapter 1. However, if these saves were made before the update (as explained on the beginning screen when you load the game), then you will have to start over. This really isn't a problem as Chapter 1 takes about 45 minutes to complete.
I got the hard badge on Dec. 30, 2008. I type at 120 wpm with no errors, so this badge was a piece of cake. I got the medium badge today, August 15, 2010. Back when I got the hard badge, the medium badge was literally impossible because no matter how many times I re-played the same level and entered the correct commands, one of the bosses refused to be hurt (I can't remember which level it was at the time). Today, I got through it on the first try. Maybe the bug was fixed? Maybe I got lucky and the bug just didn't kick in this time. Either way, I'm not going to play again to find out. Waiting 2 years for a medium badge was long enough.
Sharendipity doesn't have the ability to do that, sorry.
