Get rid of the limit on using lesser potions, it's not like we get a huge number of them. Either that or let us sell or melt the extras, because they just end up piling up and depressing us.

This sentence is confusing - it looks like he's suggesting you buy the expensive eggs from Johannesburg, not at the market in Harare, because the "there" would naturally be assumed to be referring to the most recent location mentioned.
Could the Magi and Scholarsage please not cast their ultimate spells practically on top of themselves? They're supposed to be a ranged class, using their ultimates is a tactical nightmare if they can only effect enemies that are within melee range.
I'd like it if my employees didn't forget what they were working on when I switch them out. They obviously set their projects aside at the end of the day, so it shouldn't make a difference if they pick them up and continue the next morning or a week later. It sucks ass to have to keep someone on standby for a quarter of the day to avoid the possibility of wasting resources.

The quest rewards are much too low to be worthwhile; when you set the reward you need to consider the cost of a halfway decent sample container, the cost of sending a critter of the appropriate level on the safari, and the number of times one is likely to have to go on safari before encountering and capturing the target. Also the music is really, REALLY annoying.
San Francisco airport's button goes partway off the screen; it's not a huge problem, but it's a little difficult to see what's going on there at a glance.

That said, I agree that it would be better if balls weren't added when you remove a set - it's a reward, and makes it possible for the game to go on much longer if you have good strategy. Pathing is really odd.
