Urg! I got checkmarks for both of the requirements for Закончено Badge, but no badge. This is frustrating.

For the patriot badge, I am assuming you are having problems with CLosed government. Just get Extreme Policies right away, and it will lock down the states. Then set curfews on the high infections and wait for vaccine. Then Vaccinate the high population areas and you will win in about 19 days.

Herm. Beat them all on par with bonus and am not getting the badge. Even have checks in both spots.... Iunno.
