Dear BlueSalvation, the magatamas are transferred to another ninja, if you put another ninja in the same spot of your lineup as the one you removed. :)
i wish there was a better way to arrange magatama for situations such as when you get a new better character to add to your team replacing one of you current characters you have to transfer all of the magatama from your old to new character.
Dear BlueSalvation, please take into consideration the amount of characters in the game and how many "pre-saves" slots a user could have opened to save, the amount would just be too big.
