Don't run elevators from top to bottom. Limit them to 10/15 stories max. Make the guest switch elevators and cluster services and stuff.
Addintion of stair/escalators would be nice (especially in 'shopping' centers.)

The Physics aren't off. Who says the blocks are solid heavy concrete. Maybe they are soft rubber, that will swing. And mind: the blocks are dropped relatively hard onto the tower, that energy has to go somewhere.
And so what, it is all part of the game, without the swinging it wouldn't be so hard. And thus not a challange anymore...
Aaargh just an other shootorial clone. I think all games based on that tutorial should be blocked. Now we get a lot of ppl submitting a shootorial just for the [d] icon next to their name :(
