It's be nice if there was a way to get etherium shards without just walking back and fourth through quiet hill, maybe like some task in quiet hill or a secondary reward for the bribe missions. Not sure if there is a way to get tokens other then etherium shards, but those would also be a nice thing to have as secondary rewards or maybe just buying at a lobbyist supply shop.
Also, the times you have left for completing a bribe are pretty brief, which is a problem with the higher ability plays missions unless you convince a congressmen to use drugs.
I think the minimum bribe should be lowered to 5k, or 0 if you also bribe with a token. The 10k and 15k for Tier 3s and 4s make it very hard to turn a profit for the single committee vote bribes, and impossible for some of the 2.5k ability play ones.
