Controls are bad but what's even worse is how unforgivably suboptimal the coding is. It's a bloated mess. Something this ugly and simple should not be this much of a resource hog. My laptop sounds like it's trying to take off.
That display of emotional fragility is not doing you any favors. And a crack dealer bragging about being able to hook addicts does not redeem them, either. For everyone that isn't this callous jagoff, I invite you to look into "Dark Pattern games" and how they use casino techniques and psychological exploits to inflate playtimes and get money out of unwilling players.
Store and gems spam is not an ad? Pop ups pushing a monthly prescription is not an ad? Shilling a discord server with other games pushes on it is not an ad? Trying to get our private information, emails, payment details, and metadata has no relation to advertising? The developers are either deluded or think we're idiots. This is cash grab shovelware with a memory leak. It sucks.
Wow, you're REALLY good at making huge assumptions, jumping to conclusions, and being confident in knowing everything about me and the game's inner workings. You should join a debate team. I especially like that you continue to play the game despite hating on it ;).
I have a 9x boost. After getting hobbies to level 15, the boost stops applying, and all meters increase in real time. I'm working on the requested art criticism.
To some extent. Those numbers are incomplete without the other features in there to help them speed up. Boosts and things you see previewed in the store page were meant to lighten that time. It just hasn't happened yet... Tons of features on the list to tackle first.
I don't like the art. There's a lot of mismatches of anatomy between one image of a girl and the next, as well as between the stats and the presented visual. Also cross-eyes, floating features, and so forth that aren't as much a hallmark of anime shorthand as it is a hallmark of learning a style before learning the fundamentals. Also, the balance and costs of jobs and expenses is all over the place. I understand it's an idle game, but I did the math on some of the expenses, and the delays can be longer than a month of straight running a program. That's ridiculous for what is shown off as basic features.
My anime art style isn't for everyone, I understand that. Your critique of my art has left me curious if you are an art teacher or a professional yourself, because it sounds like you have a lot of feedback on specific parts of my illustrations. Please send me a link to see your art, it sounds like maybe I could learn a lot from studying your work. In any case, this is the level of art you should expect for a game that's made by indie developers for free.
Very, very finicky hitboxes. This game is nearly unplayable at times because contact is a game of chance. I don't know how this gets labelled as a puzzle game, actual Mario titles have more puzzles than this.
If this hadn't have had the Badge of the Day I wouldn't have played it for longer than two minutes. The lack of control is abominably frustrating. I hate losing through no fault of my own, only because certain timers wouldn't match up. Let me decide when to shoot a fireball at the very least.
