On EBF4, the found skills are listed under “Specials” on the skills tab. Each one can only be taught to one party member at a time. You can forget any of them for free at any time, but then the new character has to spend their AP to learn it. Not a bad improvement over 3, where once it’s taught, that’s it, if I do say so.
