You are completly missing the point. Having a power weapon is the icing on the cake, but over use would make it pretty much a call of duty noob toob.
It is made to kill behind hills, kill people with large hp, and kill multiple enemies. I
If it was detonated on impact, then it would be far to easy to use. If you truly believe it is luck, you need to go to grade 9 at least and learn about math and physics. It is based on the direction, wind and distance. It is not based on time in air despite belief
The mirv is even noobier. It is pretty much a shotgun, and, if close enough and below the enemy, OHKO.
The only reason it bursts below the tank is just for realization purposes, however this is the only part of your rant I agree about. Your rant has no thought or reason whatsoever.

There is still a world of possiblities, weapons, tune-ups, maps, etc.
