Everyone who quits is giving up their account. If you've played it and got to say level 60+ then you might of tried the game, and that's fair if you don't like it. But people who quit before they reach level 20 are just too lazy to spend time training.
Tbh, everyone that says Runescape is boring is low-level and can't be bothered to spend the time training up. Yes being a low level and not being able to do much isn't very exciting, but you need to start at a low level to work up and play it fully. otherwise if you quit at a low level you'll never know what it's like. :)
