Although it is true that it is a chance game and much of this "unfair" complaining is unwarranted, I don't believe that it is completely chance. The algorithms are probably made so that special combinations such as 1-2-3-4-5-6 show up more often to make things more exciting. The chance of 1-2-3-4-5-6 showing up is 1/46656, and I've gotten it enough times that it is way beyond chance for it to come up that often.
