I love this game, but the last training mission's difficulty curve really ramps up. I can't manage to get any sort of infrastructure going by the time the ooze is pouring over the cliff down into my base. The drone bases certainly don't build that fast. Mabey I've just not found the right strategy, though. And, once you DO get the creep pinned back to its hole, its super easy to hold it there. Just a comment. Its pinning it back that's the hard part!
Pretty fun. I got stopped just 200,000 short of Frequent Flier miles. It gets absolutely insane, after 3 minutes or so. Got all the other achievements and all the upgrades. Very fun game to spend a little bit on.
A good design. More enemies would be nice, rather than just different color uniforms. An ability to turn off the background nose as well as the gunshots would be good, too. And, really.. more difficult. I beat that entire demo just putting down a couple of machine gun towers. and upgrading them as money came. and one of each for the stat boosters.
This is really awesome. I love the retro look you put to this, I remember playing games like this on my old Atari. Except the music couldn't hope to compare. ; } Seems like it would be a pretty moving story, if put to text or word. But the pictures can explain alot.
This is bugged, I've heard from multiple people, and in my own experience. The 3/4 of the mini bosses spawn very commonly, but the last one is non-existent. IE, I've ran into about 15 spawn carriers, 10 BFT's, and who knows how many destroyers, at least 50, but I haven't seen a single tri guardian, might try to fix that, I'm done. Good game otherwise, but that makes the badge pointless.
