I found the best way to proceed... here’s how I do it:
Plant 3 soy fields and 3-4 beef (preferably four). Hire a cashier and a cook (1 aisle). Add industrial waste and hormones to the fodder. After you make some money, do the mcdisneys advertising. You will get high customer traffic. Hire the other 2 aisles. (I chose mcdisneys because environmental and anti-globalization movements don’t have an effect). Also, after you get a bit more money, add the food pyramid (works really good against obesity). by now, all you have to do is maintains the cleanliness of the grazing areas (I recommend corrupting mayor San Jose for more area. you can also cut down the forests which saves money, but I prefer to leave them alone). The feedlot will always complain of a full cistern, but ignore him. Don’t worry about the workers association (they can’t do anything if you activate mcdisneys). If any complaints arise, corrupt the corresponding officials, or open advertising.
