The key to getting them to stop complaining about elevators is to not built giant elevator shafts that go across the entire hotel. There is only one elevator per shaft, so if the elevator has to travel 49 floors, it takes a long time. Building a series of small elevators that only span a few floors is cheaper, but fixes the problem.
For everyone complaining about how this game is hating on Justin Bieber, I think you misread the title. Its clearly called "Justin Beaver" not Justin Bieber. Don't worry, the object of the game is to kill a beaver with a spiffy haircut, not a twelve year old girl with a spiffy haircut. It's all a big misunderstanding!
