I had played this series up to episode three a few years ago, episode four hadn't come out yet. And then I didn't have much time to play games for a long time, but never forgot about this. Now I came back for episode four, and I'm damn glad I did it.
wooow I tried to use gnash instead of flash and the game skipped from the introduction video to the ending video! now I'm sure Linux sux at flash games =/
I think I know what people are complaining so much about the wall jump. You have to hug the wall and then push diretion of the wall + jump. That makes it hard to zig zag. Making it just hold the wall + jump would be easier... but there's another problem. Wall hugging sometimes seems to get in the way of double jumping. If you simplify wall jumping, the other problem is gonna get worse... I can't think of anything better than a wall hug button, but I'm not sure it's such a good idea.
~corrected~ (X), (X+Y), (X+2Y), and if you wanna add more lines, (X+3Y), (X+4Y). If X is a multiple of Y, you'll get a little asymmetrical shape. If not, you'll get a radial pattern with the circle divided in Y equal parts. In the last case, and if Y is not a prime number, the circle will sometimes be divided in the same number of parts as one of the prime numbera that compose Y. Start with small numbers.
OK! I just perfected my formula! (X), (X+Y), (X+2Y), and if you wanna add more lines, (X+3Y), (X+4Y). If X is a multiple of Y, you'll get a little asymmetrical shape. If not, you'll get a radial pattern with the circle divided in Y equal parts. In the last case, and if Y is not an integer, the circle will sometimes be divided in the same number of parts as one of the integers that composes Y. Start with small numbers.
