@SharOfAussie No, when you reach level 100 you get a star and goes back to level 1, then you must get to level 110 to get the second star.

@d34thbringer for 5-4 you have to pick the red key on the right moments... just look a little to where the balls are touching. when a ball stops another one should move until the two little ones let you jump.
