Wow all that time waiting for factories and the reward is meaningless because it only generates 1/10th of what I'm already earning with drug dealers - what a let down.
I guess it will be good when the factory is done - for now the game stops being playable once all the upgrades are done. I've been sitting for days between 50 billion and 100 billion experience with no real way to progress - I guess I'll come back in a few weeks and see if the game is fixed - for now the exponential increase in cost of buying more builds with no upgrades pretty much ends the game.
Wow - you took all need to play or do anything out of the game. You just set it on auto upgrade and auto use abilities and it plays itself. This game became so idle that now there is no point to it and it is completely boring.
14 days, level 196 I give up. The changes made to the design push the problem down the road a little but its back to not moving. The new boosts all have caps when they need to be a linear cost so it would still probably take a year or more to get to level 500.
Your fix didn't solve the problem but just moved the sticking point from level 130 to level 140. Providing more multiplicative upgrades with exponential costs to an problem with exponential growth doesn't solve the problem. You could solve the problem 1 of 2 ways: 1) Design the end of game to be at the point the exponents go crazy - for example end the game - achievements and story at level 150 or so, 2) Change the ultimate upgrade and/or other upgrades to either be an exponential benefit or a constant cost - for example charge 100 trillion per multiplier. This would avoid being useful early in the game when you don't need to speed it up and then give a huge increase later in the game - this still may not be sufficient to get all the way to level 500 but it would help.
Great game! The big thing I would like to see improved is the "rally" feature. It's super annoying that you can only rally 10 at a time and that micromanaging to use your rally is such a huge pain - especially when some of the buildings are inevitably further away from the houses.
