Yeah, Playmates trivialize Joy generation for now, intentionally! I'm planning on future iterations of the game to relieve micromanagement of Jobs for the purposes of Joy generation to something a bit more consistent, but I worry it will result in Joy just becoming an unavoidable bottleneck.
Hard badge is not that hard guys... I have not played in prob a year and on my first try i beat it again in 15 days... My advice to you achievements = money so aim for them and don't think that you have to do all the achievements before you move on to the next one, go for height achievement, it is pretty easy if your height stat is up
