Great concept with the different mini-games. Really liked it, yet I still gave it only a 3/5 - I ran into the waiting game after half an hour, every possible action I can do in the city takes an hour + to do... that's way, way too long when I'm only at floor 6.... So all I can do is resort to endless floor grinding without 2 of my characters leveling up since it'll take an hour for their classes building to be build... The ramp up for build time is virtually non-existent and really deserves some tweaking. Also, what's up with the coins needed for all those buildings O.o
It would be nice when you level a secondary combat skill that it would follow it's own independant leveling curve. Having started as melee, I never thought about the Strategies of Timald as being so powerful (D50 Oo), but now I'm at 1000 melee skill, and leveling my mage skills with a 20D50 SoT. This is fast killing, when I hit something. Having to start at 98 mage skill and leveling with the levelin curve of 1000 melee skill is painfull to say the least, once every 7-12 swings I get 2 skill points. That's agonizigly slow, while it has nothing to do with the other weapon skills. Currently I'm close to 380 and the pace did not change, so it's statical?
For the rest, BRILLIANT game, sad to read that we got to wait till may-june for the next chapter. Really like the old dice rules - it sucks at times and you love it at times, that's what makes it so great.
Keep up all the great work you're doing!
Balance is so far gone is this game it's not even funny anymore. 4 General's, 9 monks and 30-40 opponents. Waiting till the battle has gone either way, rinse, repeat. Booooooooooring.
