After testing with a friend the cloak only makes the enemy think they can't hit you with blasters and rockets since they look like they are hitting nothing, but on the cloaked player's screen you are getting hit just as if you weren't cloaked.
In short the cloak is worthless and would only fool a someone who hasn't dealt with them, so use something else and don't waste you time with it.

The bounty of 100 gold on my head (for attacking one of the patrols) was reduced to 1 gold for not paying my taxes.
"The King aided by the guidance of his Gygax Priests has declared magic illegal and commenced an inquisition. All magic users are now criminals and scrolls will be confiscated by patrols." Why wouldn't the wizards in the Wizard Tower's speak to me? It should be something like "Upon reaching the Tower you find the wizards to all be dead and all the books and scrolls burned."
And when they do capture me why am I not executed?
it was Wave 86, sarge killed about 300 enemies survived seven tanks and then the V1 blitz happened so the only survivors after the first bomb was sarge and that officer he babysat they both ran for the bunker two seconds away from the bunker a V1 rocket blows them both up.
Wait... so I paid 140 flux to arm a new ship? even though the ship I have will be better for a few weeks til I can grind the crap needed for the arming of the new ship?
Why can't I just move my high grade weapons from one ship to the other?
