The game almost works now. You can sorta play the first stage, but the background is missing, as well as the menu start screen that appears to be missing some colors. After beating the first level, you can still hear the level complete screen music, but it can't progress. It's back to being a black screen.
This is it. This is marking the first week after 6 years since kongapnions were first introduced without a new kongpanion. Kongregate is reaching it's final days. There is no more chat, there is no more forum, Flash is dead and now kongpanions are gone. Why do they keep pushing stickers then?! Kongregate! Just become an indie game publisher before all hope is lost! Ditch Kartridge! No one asked for that! Invest in games while you still have the money and if you want, one day invest on Kongregate, adding features like editing comments, y'know? Best of luck!
So I guess this is the moment where I stop getting shinies, or kongpanions in general. Supernova SWF Enabler will not play this game. Nor on browser, nor on a separate window. Other games work on separate windows, but I cannot get their achievements this way. I guess this is truly the point where Kongregate dies. If you have any idea on how can I play games here and still get the achievements, please tell me. I'm dying to know.
Amazing little game. It was a little awkard trying to understand what every symbol meant in the beginning, since the tutorial doesn't really say it, so I was guessing at first, but it wasn't that hard to figure out. I wish we could see the classes of our current characters in formation also. Guiding ourselves through names and having letters to represent classes isn't that great. If classes were represented by symbols, that would've been better. More upgrades would have been great, as in the late game I don't have anything to spend my money on.
This is like pocket Age of Empires, but there is no sound and the design is too simple. Good but could have been better. I also like that it exists on Steam, which looks and sounds way better.
Aww, that's heart warming! Never have I thought I'd get so much enjoyment out of a story with 1 background and 4 little characters with distinct personalities! I love little story novels like these! There isn't much gameplay, sure. It's mostly just book reading in interactive format, but as long as the story is good, that's fine by me. The music was moody and calming. It fitted. My only wish was to have all 4 characters on the screen at the same time. It would've made this more enjoyable to look at. Maybe some shot at different angles too would be great. But what it lacks doesn't take away the pleasure I had.
What a weird little game. You can't really lose on it. It only takes some time to finish, even though it might seems like you are not really doing much damage on the last level. It's interesting and creative definitely and a little bit short, but that isn't an issue. It was an advergame after all. Although I don't see the connection between AXE spray and extinguishing dinossaurs. Fun to pass the time nonetheless.
Amazing little puzzle game! The last puzzle specially, cuz I never seen anything like that before. My only complaint is that whenever I'm clicking to solve the puzzle, Red keeps getting in from of the screen where I clicked. It can get a bit annoying, but not much. All in all, it's a great game. Some puzzle were a bit convoluted at first, but not too many. I'd say 2, and only near the end, but that doesn't affect my rating of 5 stars.
This is an interesting runner game. It got a very simple look to it, which can be somewhat generic, but that's fine. I like the addition of EMP mines which only blind you. You don't see stuff like that in many runner games. The movement can be a bit awkward, with a bit of accelaration when going from side to side. It definitely needs a quick restart button, specially with such a trial-and-error impossible badge like that one. It's a fun game, but nothing to write home about.
This is a 2009 game, and it got this much quality to it! It's unbelievable! I just wished that objects glew so I knew more or less where to click instead of mindless clicking and guess. Some stuff is not well explained or tips given can be just a little vague. Because of that, I got stuck on a few parts until I found out what to do after carefully looking around methodically or clicking everywhere until something happened. That can be unfun at times. But overall, that can be overlooked, because this was an awesome game to play nonetheless!
I'm lead to believe you can't get this badge of the day in one day. That's unfair. The game requires way too much of my time put into it, and I've been playing it for the past 3 days and I'm not even close to getting one dream.
Jesus, that was a tough game. It is somewhat unbalanced since you can only level up your character once they win a fight, and at certain points, it gets too hard to manage, specially with the spearman. So you end up having 2 buffed units and one weak 1 that can't improve since the enemy waves become so unmanageable. One way to remedy this is to level up regardless of winning or losing, but when you win, you get more point to level up. I ended up winning the game cuz i rushed each line with the 3 heroes at once and during battle I used the ice and fire bomb at the same time as well as using bertha as soon as it's available. Just focus on one spot during battle to clean the space of enemies asap and then rush. Put some soldiers on other spots under attack but focus on one to send the most.
Ok, my inability to see the upgrade screen was my fault, but I'm starting to see other issues with the game, such as dashing only to the right by pressing E and double tapping A or D doing nothing (if you wanna dash to the left, press Q, which the game doesn't tell you), constant lag that hinders gameplay (which at first I thought was my PC's fault, but it seems to be happening to more people). Maybe there is more, hopefully not, but these were the ones I was able to find.
I like this, the problem is that I somehow managed to miss the upgrade screen so at first I thought the game was just unfairly punishing. I wish there were something telling me that there are upgrades in the game.
