Only the workshop and Construction Company can hold disciples for more than a second. Everything else reverts to 0.
I need to hold the mouse button down over the + to keep anyone assigned.

Hey there, check out the Automation menu and go to the 2nd page. Either change the values or uncheck the Departments you don't want your Disciples automatically assigned to. If the issue persists, please let me know.
Another friendly recommendation: Please allow undoing of guesses. It would be helpful to allow changing back from a letter to the initial symbol when a mistake is made.
