An excellent idea, and the bare mechanics are handled very well, although they do make a fairly generic game. However, more customization graphicwise would've made this even better. However, I know that if you did allow custom designs, there would be thirty billion games of genitalia wars. Most other criticism I could offer is admittedly minor, or has already been stated many times, so I'll just leave it at that. 4/5
It's really hard to rate this game, since I can't tell if it's so over the top on purpose or not. For example, the broken English and the partner that happens to have a robotic arm with him and randomly appears every few feet to sell you things. I don't know if I should've been laughing most of the way through, but I did, and I enjoyed the game regardless. As for the actual gameplay, it was fairly solid, although there were some things I didn't like very much, like melee being basically worthless and the final gun doing less damage overall than the gatling gun. The bugs were also annoying, but I didn't run into too many of them. Overall, I'd rate this game 4/5.
It's a fun game, I played through three times. It's annoying that the badges are glitchy, but people really shouldn't rate a game low because of it's badges. Some of my favorite games don't have badges at all, I'd rather play a good game with no badges than a bad one with badges. This happens to be a good game with badges, and even though the badges don't always work, it's still worth playing through.
It's a very short and simple game, but it's also very fun. I can criticize it for it's length all day, but I think that if it was any longer it'd start to lose it's touch, and any more powers would bog down the intense combat. It's a small game, but it works well at this length. The controls are as simple as the rest of the game, and they work pretty well. There are obviously many things it could add, but I really don't think the game would be good in the same way this one is if they did. This one is so fun BECAUSE it's so simple. You don't have to deal with insane amounts of spells, you don't have to deal with inventory management, you don't even have to deal with much of a story. It's pure game, and it's fun. Also, I don't know how well a sequel would work, because if they add too much it'll bog down the game.
Why is everyone complaining about this game not having badges? the game was put in three days ago, give it some time. The first one had them, and it seemed to be one of the most popular games on the site. This is the sequel and an improvement, armies of bees couldn't stop this game from getting badges. As for the game itself, the first one was pretty fun and this one adds a lot to it, without losing the first one's fun factor. I'd give it an easy 4/5. Also, I think better graphics would kind of ruin some of it's charm.
Fobster, It's the tyrant. The black things that shoot red things at you, there are only 2 and they're right next to each other. You have to run into them to get the codex entry. It's weird. Overall, the game's fun. It's got problems, but It's still definitely worth at least beating once. Also, the demo you get for getting 100% feels weird to play, but I'd like to see it made into a full game.
It's not a bad copy of Geometry Wars, it's just...I don't know what it is, but there's something about it. No matter how annoying Geometry Wars got, it was addicting. This seems to be an improvement, but I find that Geometry Wars is far more appealing to me. However, it's still a good game. 4/5. Also, high score of 1,337, 600.
I don't have much to say. Besides music and small control problems (speed and delay mostly), there aren't any problems I could find. 4/5, but mouse control would be nice.
I've played worse games, but this one is pretty bad. It wouldn't be nearly as bad if the minigames were actually fun, and weren't just to wear down your patience. None of them are that hard, but they're all annoying. I only played it and beat it for the card, and I almost didn't make it that far just because it's so boring. I give it a 2/5, and that's being generous.
"The movement style limits the player to eight directions, which wouldn't be bad if you could at least attack in all of them."
Sorry about the 2nd part of that, it was just a glitch. It's fixed now, so never mind.
Many things wrong with this, but It could be fixed. First of all, the movement style limits the player to eight directions, which wouldn't be bad if you could at least attack in all of them. Since leveling is linear, it's just making the game repeat itself, only changing graphics. Make enemies look more dead if you make another, too. Enemies run into walls , and when they do see you they come from directions you can't shoot in half the time and get on top of you, and at that point you can't run away because they're as fast as you and it seems to take longer to kill them. That means if they attack you, you're likely to lose a lot of your health. Items and equipment would be nice, too. If you just fixed it up a bit, there wouldn't be a problem, but for now you get a 2/5.
That...Was...Awesome...It's hard to express just how funny it is listening to the roaring after the credits, but what's even funnier is reading the comments of people who took this game seriously. It's almost like someone tried to make a real game, and realized that dinosaurs were shooting beams when they roared, and they just rolled with it. Our Dino-force is running low! 5/5, easily.
