Yet another game that cannot be resized, and thus almost unplayable unless I want to constantly change my display settings. Don't game designers realize how tiny the game window is for anyone using a high resolution?
Still looking forward to Godfall. ;)
For those looking for a challenge in the mean time, try to find non-standard roles for your characters, e.g. use a ranger, mage, or rogue as your primary/only tank or a rogue/warrior that wields a bow. I would also highly recommend playing without a cleric - this makes the game significantly harder.
Combine several of the above for added fun... I'm currently having a blast with an Extreme/Hardcore party containing 3 rogues and a mage, which is fully able to take on Pandora's Boxes, etc.
Two other notes: 1) Descriptions of stats and their effects are either non-present or hard to find. 2) You have a great base for making all sorts of interesting items, but the current selection is extremely limited and rarely does the player have to make a choice of which gear to use.
I love the style of this game.
However, with the right spells the game is trivially easy to beat. Specifically, spells like fear, sleep, charm monster allow you to easily keep monsters away while using fireball to slay them.
Life for those who wish to get into melee and mix it up is far more dangerous...
Hmmn, I actually made it in 11 days, with money to spare, while buying the flame and water upgrade in addition to the artillery. It's easy in any case.
