Seriously, how is the math working on here? The rank upgrade should have had a 300% upgrade in RPS, and my RPS went from 871,000 to 912,000...that's a 5% increase!!! Pretty much every research except for the basic ones has a similarly disappointing result. How do the continent researches give 20-40% increases, but then seem to only give less than half of a percent? Very strange, and aggravating.
repetitive strain disorder game...without any actual strategy whatsoever. Elemental damage is an insignificant difference, so the only way to success is through spamming. Needs some actual thought in it.
Pretty bad game design here...since the enemies only ever shoot straight-ahead, there's a real "lane-shift" mentality here. It's in the player's best interests to actually avoid conflict, to either stay put in one lane and destroy everything in that one lane, since moving up or down is likely to result in at least some damage. Surely, a variety of enemy firing patterns would challenge the player to use some more tactical maneuvering.
