Hey Guys, I took your comments to heart as much as possible and pushed out a quick bug-fix for the mute buttons. Also I completely rewrote the post-game commentary to have a much better tone. The swearing is toned down and it's more sarcastic than offensive this time around. I should still be entertaining of course! If it isn't obvious already, I really want to appease the community and make games that people enjoy. Let me know what you think!
@notserious: I'm sorry you were offended...
I would like some constructive criticism on the actual gameplay aspect if at all possible. My goal is to make something fun, but I can't really work with "it's bland and uninspired". Out of curiosity, if you could change it to anything, what changes would you make?
Hey, for those of you asking about the meaning of "Tier 1" up at the top while the game is running, it means you haven't looped back around yet. I should have explained this somewhere, and regretfully I did not. Essentially, if you can beat all 75 levels, then you loop back to the first level and the enemies get harder to kill, faster, and they do more damage to you. That is tier 2. Make it to tier 4 and you are officially better than me. ;D
You guys really seem to want upgrades in this game...
It's definitely not something I'm necessarily opposed to, but I do admit that it clashes pretty heavily with the whole goal of a simple arcade shooter.
@dragonewyn: I can confirm the bug you reported, I'll have it fixed by tonight. And I'm curious as to why you don't like Mochiads Scoreboards? Mochiads and Kongregate are actually good friends...
Hey guys, your comments are greatly appreciated. My goal with the game was to keep it simple like an oldskool arcade game. I'll definitely keep upgrades in mind though, both for this game and for my next projects (which are going to be awesome).
