a nice idea.........for upgrades......how about all upgrades that cant be sold back.......are universal among all power plants......like research, office, generator, water pump, reactor duration, exchangers, heat sink, and battery upgrades.....all universal among all power plants......since those are massive money sinks.....this way its a little cheaper to set up next plant......
