Adding on to the previous comment, you can only get keys for wooden boxes. To get the keys for ornate boxes, you'll need pramins.

@Falconredz - You'll have to complete a quest to get the key

If only the probablilty of a successful haggle was shown. I want to know whether or not I should risk haggling beforehand.

Anyone else thought the (shadow archers?) looked like penguins?
