So, I was playing and I was actually setting down an impressive amount of fire, so I build an engineer and then a bunker. Me, stupidly thinking that I'll have a nice machine gun nest this way piles a bunch of my soldiers into the bunker. Suddenly, my soldiers just...stop...firing. What the hell? This makes the bunker rather useless. Yea, big problem.
