For one of the puzzles I got the nonogram right but nothing happened. Such a simply made game that worked so well. Expanding on this kind of game format you could make a more awesome game! btw, i loved this game, loads of fun :)
Dont know what planet I was on but I owned it. My head was bigger than the screen and was on a 2000 combo when it said GAME OVER :P Had a score of over 4 billion too... I wanted to break the meter :P Why did the game end suddenly? :(
Not sure what happened... the game started and I suddenly had to rush out of the house. When I got back, 2 hours later, I looked at my comp and found the "Congratulations" you won screen. Never won a game without doing anything before :P Perhaps I was just incredibly lucky not to die :P
I really enjoyed this game. As long as you spend your money on buying new ships and getting them to make the final kill you can get them upgraded pretty quickly. The first part of the game is the hardest, the middle game is easy and u will find yourself free to destroy the enemy with weaker ships with the help of a main higher level ship to aid. The last part of the game will be difficult but as long as u saved enough money to buy some cool stuff for the end and researched correctly you will be fine. Took me 2 goes to finish this game. Just be careful on what u upgrade and try and get at least 8 ships kicking ass at some point. Only bad point was that I couldnt visit all the systems in the game :P Would be nice after completing the game u are able to do so.
Originally I gave it a 4/5 based on it running slow during combat, however after lowering the graphics to LOW and playing the game more Im really getting into now 5/5. A wider range of spells and a chose of what kind of warrior, archer, wizard you want to be would be cool, e.g. A fire wizard with 12 fire spells available. Also, the shop keeps displaying the same stuff, improvements needed there :P Finally dont wear equipment with "bleed". I lost 8 hitpoints permanently wondering what was happening to my wizard when I realized my kick-ass helmet was slowly bleeding him dry of hitpoints :P
Its not perfect, but has lots of potential. As for being too short, its not considering this is just the first part. Check out the world map. voice acting is not too bad considering this is not made by a professional company. I really enjoyed this game. Perhaps adding more equipment with different stats and choices, and though it may be too late now, having more freedom to walk around rather than following a straight forward path would be nice. In all though, its a very good game :)
