Too repetitive. Too few hazards, too many enemies. First two attacks are all you need because the others sop up too much energy, which recovers too slowly.
I'm giving this a 3/5. It's a great concept; I rather like how you turned platforming into a puzzle game of sorts. That said, it needs a little polish. For one, I need a shadow. It's a 3D platforming convention that is required.
For another, you move left/right a little too slowly.
For a third, too many pixel perfect jumps.
Finally, the borders need to be clearly identified.
Level 49 demonstrates all of these problems well enough.
It'd also be nice if it had a little more variety. More than one song, maybe a texture to the area, perhaps obstacles or other things to dodge/collect.
It's an impressive start though; and a good game. I hope to see these problems rectified in a possible sequel.
It's fun for a while, but it doesn't really have any lasting appeal. I think the quality of the music is top notch, though.
Basically, it just needs more variety. More things to dodge, more stuff that does things when you collect it. Otherwise, decent.
This is going to be an odd question, but do you have a soundtrack for this anywhere? I REALLY like the music >_>.
It's really high quality, professionally so. My biggest gripe is that the gravity while jumping is too rigid, feeling very unnatural. Sometimes it's like I fall like a rock, others it feels perfectly fine. I think fine-tuning the jumping height would be the only change it needs. 5/5
