My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic is a fairly recent cartoon show that aired in Hasbro’s American TV channel The Hub. It features a cast called the “Mane Six” who are the main characters of the cartoon. Twilight Sparkle is a student to Princess Celestia and a unicorn pony. She was sent to Ponyville to study the Magic of Friendship and ended up saving all of Equestria from a terrible evil named Nightmare Moon as a result. She loves to learn and study, but can get REALLY OCD at points. Pinkie Pie, a pink earth pony, is so hyper that if you gave her a can of monster she’d legit explode. She’s constantly pulling parties or leaping around all around the place. She also has a great singing voice. Fluttershy is a nervous, shy and delicate little thing with a love for all living things and loves to be beside nature. She is utterly terrified of most things, ESPECIALLY DRAGONS. She is a pegasus pony. Applejack is a hard working texan earth pony who hates laziness. She’s never idle and when she’s not working on Sweet Apple Acres, bucking the apples when it’s Applebuck Season or helping to make Zap-apple jam she’s always helping her best friends out of a pickle. Rainbow Dash is a tomboyish and daring pegasus mare, who always brags. But she never ever leaves her friends if they’re in trouble. EVER. Rarity is a glamorous unicorn pony with a love for diamonds and jewels and anything that’s FABULOUS. Spike, Twilight’s assistant, has a crush on her. The rulers of Equestria are Celestia and Luna. Celestia brings up the sun. She’s okay I guess. Luna brings up the moon and uses the Royal Canterlot Voice. Her mane is also awesome. She’s infinitely BAD-ASS. BEST PONY EVER. I’d recommend watching the show.
