I don’t know who to reach out to about this issue. I saw your name as a moderator for one of the Office Space threads about this event.
I won a “Giant Holiday Pack” from the Xmas Holiday event. I placed in the 400s. When I clicked OK or whatever the button was when the notification came up, it was taking me to my inbox to receive the characters etc. When it took me to my inbox it was empty and I received nothing. I’m playing through STEAM (but I think my kong and steam accounts are linked).
What do I do? Can someone check this?
