If you do pole vaults with Cletus when close to the ground, it also counts as flips. I was getting 3000 points per TRICK. The best bit is, after every trick, the amount gets bigger. Eventually I got 10000 per trick. 10k trick bonus in 2 minutes = not bad. :)
