For easy hard badge get the dumpster with the dive ability and go full speed into a backflip with as much air as possible. Spam superman,handstand and Up n out moving into a dumpster dive. Right as you hit the ground release down key and you'll pop up with more than enough points. Be sure to have full groupie equipped as well.
I found it easiest to reach 6000 feet by just using all of your rocket fuel to get as high as you can and then plummeting until your speed gets to around 250 and just gliding to 6000 feet. Should still have about 145 speed by the time you hit it.
